Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in planning and implementing FCPA’s digital marketing campaigns and activities. Your goal will be to help grow brand awareness and affinity, drive consumption, and increase engagement and loyalty for FCPA.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, social media marketing and integrated campaign management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will be part of a team of creative, quick-thinking, and resourceful marketers, who are laser focused on driving growth for FCPA.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Help plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media, integrated campaigns, emails, and display advertising campaigns
  • Manage and own the Social and Email marketing for Hubspot and support automation across outbound marketing channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Support the end-to-end creation, execution and monitoring of outbound marketing campaigns using Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Work with the Marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience and track record as a digital marketing manager or similar role
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a digital marketing position
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising and media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong experience using automated Email and Social marketing platforms
  • Strong organizational and teamworking skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
