Digital Marketing Manager (Contract)

Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in helping plan and implement FCPA’s digital marketing campaigns and activities. Your goal will be to help grow brand awareness and affinity, drive significant demand, and increase engagement and loyalty for FCPA.

Your duties will include supporting planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising and integrated campaign management for B2B and B2C audiences. In addition to being an outstanding multitasker with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will be part of a team of creative, quick-thinking, and resourceful marketers, who are laser focused on driving demand for FCPA.

This is a contract role for 3 months.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the Integrated Marketing and Campaigns Lead in the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including social media, integrated digital campaigns, emails, and display advertising campaigns
  • Manage Social and Email marketing using Hubspot and support automation across outbound marketing channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies across marketing channels
  • Support the end-to-end creation, execution and monitoring of outbound marketing campaigns using Hubspot and Salesforce (or similar platforms)
  • Work with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Collaborate with the larger Marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a digital marketing manager or similar role
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing position
  • Knowledge of various digital advertising and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; project management, attention to detail, multitasking
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong experience using automated Email and Social marketing platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong collaborator – ability to work across different teams and influence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
